topic Workforce app (Android) - Untrusted Host in ArcGIS Workforce Questions

Our users in the field have seen this message appear quite regularly when using the Workforce app on Android devices. Nothing happens when clicking on Trust and they often have to restart their device to try access Workforce again. It's prohibiting them from completing their daily assignments.

Since it's refering to the World Topo Map we can't access or export a SSL certificate for this service to try install on the device.

Has anyone else experienced this or know about a possible solution?
