As each of the teams complete assignments, it seems that sometimes the back-end will update and sometimes it won't. For instance - as I look at the dispatcher view, Team 1 will be on stop #5, which is accurate, however Team 2 will still appear to be on stop #1 (even though I have confirmed that they are on stop #5). I have also confirmed that the teams with lagging issues have pressed 'Start' and 'Finish' on their Workforce app for their stops. Sometimes if I walk the lagging teams through a manual 'Sync Now' option it will push the updates through, but sometimes the 'sync' button just spins and spins.
