Hi Andy, and thanks for replying. It is definitely Workforce (build 644) and running on the iPhone 13 (iOS 16.6.1). The feature layer does have sync enabled in the settings. This only seems to affect a few users it seems. There are about 7000 assignments in there so far and the maps have a number of layers as well, so not sure if it is related to that as it generally does take some time to sync. Regards, Matt.

Hi,

A user is having issues with the Workforce mobile app and is getting the following error:

Sync Errors - Not an SQLite database

Could you please advise what might be causing this issue and if there is a known remedy?

Regards,

Matt

Matt,

That screenshot looks like Field Maps, not Workforce.

Do you have offline sync setup and enabled? A little more detail on your setup would help.

Andy
