Workforce Project does not match dispatcher map

I have configured the layers in my dispatcher map to exclude the dispatcher from seeing work that has been complete. Yet, when they open up the project all of the completed locations are show (green dots). The map becomes overwhelmed with completed assignments quite quickly which over crowds the map that the dispatcher use. How can I fix this?

How did you configure the map to exclude the completed assignments? I'd assume you set a filter where status = completed to be filtered out, correct?

Another solution would be to have the dispatchers just uncheck Completed assignments from their Status filter in the assignment list.

Yes, I filtered the layer to display everything but the completed assignments. I was under the impression that the dispatcher map drives the web version of workforce but I can see that the maps are different. The layer filter isn't working as expected and I have a polygon layer in the map that isn't showing in workforce (black lines in the first screen capture above)
