Any replace for the Workforce App ?

Hi my organisation would like to implement the workforce solution.

Before put much effort into it. would like to know what is the futter update for the workforce ?

Hello @CoMAGOL_ADMINISTRATOR ,

We're working on updates to the Workforce mobile app right now, we've got a few updates coming out in the next month to support Background sync.

We do plan to add the Workforce capability to Field Maps, that is work we'll be starting in the second half of this year.

Hi @CraigGillgrass

Great to hear you are working on udpaets to background sync. I am just wondering would these updates fix the ongoing issues with the sync not updating work order statues as expected. For example when our schedulers unassign work orders on the web app and the field workers sync the app , the jobs remain assigned to that worker. it causes some confusion in the field

@PaulSweeney3 No, we're not making any updates to how changes are detected through the Sync process.

We've had another report of this issue but to date, it's been limited to a single customer. Have you logged a support incident for this?
