Unable to create New Project ERROR: Error in opening workspace.

Hi there,

I am trying to create new project in ArcGIS workforce but after completing 24%, it give error as below:

Unable to create project.

ERROR: Error in opening workspace.

Also i checked in the ArcGIS Manager log its give the below Message:

Error executing tool. Manage Feature Service Job ID: jb00cca4af38c43b98e998f8c24d43358 : ERROR: Error in opening workspace. ERROR 000271: Cannot open the input datasets Failed to execute (Manage Feature Service).

Source: System/PublishingToolsEx.GPServer

I am using ArcGIS Enterprises 10.8

Any help will be appreciated.

Can you retry to create a project and collect the network traffic in the browser to see what the error is?

Error in network traffic show in addToDefination:

Are you able to create new feature layers through the Content tab in your Portal? I'm guessing this may be an issue with the Data Store configuration or something related to it.

Thanks craig for the support , the issue was with the Data Store only.

I run the updatelicense.bat file from the tool folder (C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\datastore\tools) and the issue was resolve.
