Attachments not visible in app

Have attachments to the point feature layer that are visible in the dispatcher map, but cannot see it in the mobile app on iPad.

Hi Carl,

In the Mobile app, do you see the option to view the attachments? Or is that option missing completely? Can you attach a screenshot of what you see in the Mobile app?

If the problem is that you can see the option to view attachments but have an error opening them; what is the error?

Craig,

The option to view any attachment is missing. I confirmed with my coworkers that this option did work in the Beta versions. Using the web-based Dispatcher Map I can select the feature and view the attachment. But if I attempt to view the same feature in the Worker Map on iPad, there is no option to select an attachment.

Carl, we've confirmed this is an issue. We'll be addressing it in one of our future updates, but it will not be in our upcoming 1.1 update.
