      <title>Workforce mobile notifications troubleshooting</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are using Workforce Classic to manage Mobile Worker Assignments in Early Voting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While generally successful, I am getting isolated reports from some workers that they are not getting notifications and have to refresh the app to see new assignments.&amp;nbsp; I know this is happening on Android, I'm not sure whether we've experienced this on I-phone.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any troubleshooting possible for this issue?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.esri.com/migrated-users/3152"&gt;Jeff Shaner&lt;/A&gt;‌&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jay&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
