    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello everybody,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I want to create limit my users to view the map outside the privileged region. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To make it clear,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have more than hundred regions lets say districts and each has assigned personnel. What i wanted to do is to deny any operation(select, insert, update, delete) in other regions then the user has rights.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Kubilay.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hey Kubilay,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'd recommend checking out the AOI Edit Extension feature of Workflow Manager in the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisdesktop/10.0/help/index.html#/Workflow_Manager_System_Settings/00380000001r000000/"&gt;Help Documentation&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The use of this feature is similar to what you have described in order to prevent/warn users from accidentally doing work outside of their assigned area.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hope that helps!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Best,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jeremy&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
