Hello,

One of my users is not able to post-install and connect onto our database. When I open their Manager Administrator it already has a pre-existing connection but every time I try to connect to the database it prompts an error stating that the user is not an administrator. When I make the user an Administrator they can connect. However, I cannot allow this user to have admin privileges. We are running on Arc 10.3 and they have all privileges on AGOL set to their user name and they are signed on in the Manager Administrator.
