Load Objects command doesn't work from a .mxd launched from WMX

Hi,
I have a WMX workflow that launches a .mxd. The .mxd contains a Task Assistant workflow that asks the user to use the "Load Objects" command (Customize > Customize Mode > Commands > Data Converters > Load Objects). This command does not work from a map launched from WMX, but it works from a map that is not launched from WMX.

Is this a known issue?

Hi,

I was able to use the Load Objects command inside an MXD that was opened from within a workflow manager job. I had to start an edit session before the tool worked.
Do you get an error when you click try this or does the tool not even respond at all?

The tool does not enable when starting an edit session. It remains grayed out, so I can't interact with it.

I tried this again and had another colleague try this out and we were able to get the desired behavior. I am guessing there are some additional steps that we are not capturing. Can you please submit a technical support incident and we will have one of the support analysts contact you?
