that error message goes back 7 years and is related to a number of things. A lot of it has to do with things that have been fixed in updates of various software.

What are you using in terms of operating system etc etc... something is out of date

Am using esri workflow 10.5.1

OS: Windows server 2012 R2

ArcGIS Dektop 10.5.1

check the system requirements

I presume that if 10.5 runs, then it should be fine, but you are using windows server os
