High-Availability Enabled: Yes (2 Nodes)
OS: Windows Server 2022

Today (01-Aug-2023) experienced below error with a Step, job is unable to proceed further.

Already applied ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server 10.9.1 Patch 3 in the month of Jun'23 in both the WFM machines.

This issue is happening with various steps, including the Question step. There is no specific pattern was noticed so far with this issue.

Any Solution I am also facing same issue, I have Triggered a GP Tool from workflow manager and i have cancelled the job from ArcGIS server, the workflow manager step gone into running state, even when i cancel the step from WFM, I can see play button but which is still in running state, i cannot assign or delete or force stop the step, this is bit frustrating.
