Hello,

we have a ArcGIS Enterprise HA istallation. We use a load balancer with web adaptor, and we have all server roles separated. So we have a arcgis server site with server role (hosted) and ArcGIS Workflow Manager (Classic) extension called srvh, on other arcgis server site we have a ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server Standard role called srvw.

The 2 server site are federeted with a portal and the workflow item are published into the srvh site server. When we open the workflow manager app and go into work view to see all jobs, the multiple request to retrive all job some time works and some time give us a 400 error. When we have this error, we see into srwm log this error:
<LI-CODE lang="java">! @82m1gi37m - Internal server error, for (GET) [/workflow/712f75eb7d984da78a88abfcc5242491/community/users/02043522?token=CE78jgAUY9RMn2cmOO7XCKomM2fkTpbNTycSqbMw5IS-KIClGgY-gj3iv6epUoRnYzb1unKZhOMJYUi3cIAxPBtUDu7eaaUROBN97yxnywLNussn6b9p1GUg0Itf6H4RqPtpNPYy0AF1H0YWYwaDiDCr0WHwcVTCiTdzOqpPGE-GOQHfRYfvH5b4kl76ZgRWWeV1yhl1RopulS2Z1NPQz1_FKO_AUa6EdjHvTEqXva9nWQLclTdJwv9LIj-_sOlN] -> play.api.UnexpectedException: Unexpected exception[WorkflowDataStoreException: Feature layer call failed with 500: The connection attempt failed.] at play.api.http.HttpErrorHandlerExceptions$.throwableToUsefulException(HttpErrorHandler.scala:355) Caused by: esri.workflow.exceptions.WorkflowDataStoreException: Feature layer call failed with 500: The connection attempt failed. at esri.workflow.utils.JsonHelpers$FeatureLayerHelpers.$anonfun$getCheckedJson$2(JsonHelpers.scala:75) </LI-CODE>

and into srvh site server we see this error:
<LI-CODE lang="c">Failed to return all services configurations in the folder 'null'.
