Essentially I am hoping for a software that can be accessed by All on the project, and can relay info about submittals, material delivery, change orders etc. Like when I release a gear package I want my warehouse manager to know. And when he receives a delivery I want to know and I want my boss to be able to look in at any time for an update. Hopefully you guys use something similar and can help. Workflow Manager can be a good fit, if the items to be managed has location tagged and is an important attribute to be tracked.
