Hi Ben,

Unfortunately this is a fairly generic error that could point to a lot of things. The best guess would be that there is bad data in one of the tables that you are querying.

If you could turn your log levels up to 5 here

C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\WMX\Desktop10.2\Bin\WMXAdvancedSettings.exe

And try and replicate the issue, then you could use the logs for more information as to what potentially is the cause

C:\ProgramData\ESRI\WMX\10.2\Logs

Remember to turn the log levels down once you're done, and feel free to pass on the log message and we can continue to work on your issue if the answer is not clear.

Cheers,
Michael

I keep getting the Error popup

Error: subpanelResultsList
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Is there any answer as to why this is happening?

It doesn't happen on every job query and it seems to come and go on the ones it does.
It happens every time I do my user query.
It doesn't happen in my Maint or Dev environment.

And when we upgraded to the latest release the error went away.
But it is good to know this is a generic pop up and searching the log file is the best diagnostic practice.
Thanks for the reply.
