Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts service."<BR /><BR /></SPAN><SPAN>When I have checked Event log I got this message.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN style="font-size:1;">Spatial Notification Service: Failed to start: Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {8E868A30-031D-4EB8-932B-C326FAEE904E} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: 80040a3d.<BR /></SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN style="font-size:1;">Service cannot be started.
