Users in WFM 10

Hi,

Is there a way to set filters for different users as is done for jobs?

We want in Create job>Job properties>Assignment>User drop-down list to see the users that belongs only to a particular group or unit of the organization.

This is a great point. Even when you assign a job type (in WMX Admin > Job Type > Default Properties)to a particular group, it does not limit the user choices to only the users in that group.

Hi,

Yes you can restrict filter the jobs that the user sees when the execute a query, you can restrict the list of job types available to the user when they try to create a job. You can restrict the users that one can assign job to based on their groups. This feature is called "Job Filters" and is configured under the Security container in the Administrator.
