Installed Web Editor but it's not available

Recently installed ArcGIS Web Editor 11.3 but it is not available in the app launcher menu. Also tried the url to the editor app but I can only go as far as the login prompt. Any help is appreciated.

@ClaytonSedberry what is the user type and role of the user you're logged in as when accessing Web Editor?

@ClaytonSedberry the Creator user type doesn't have access to the Web Editor at 11.3; you'll need a GIS Professional Basic (or higher) user type, within the portal that Web Editor is hosted in.
