topic URL Parameters in ArcGIS Web Editor in ArcGIS Web Editor Questions

I am testing out having a web map in Experience Builder where you can select a feature, and in the pop up there is a link to an editor. When you select that link it will take you to another editor app and it already has the feature that was previously selected in the experience builder app selected in the editor. One option is to create an editor in Experience Builder and use a URL parameter in the popup, which will direct to that ExB app. I was curious if I could do the same with thing with the ArcGIS Web Editor? Can I set up a URL parameter that will use the object id of the selected features and open the ArcGIS Web Editor with this feature already selected and ready to edit?
