Instant Apps - Sidebar: cover image not working

I wanted to use a cover image for experimenting with an Instant App, in the configure section, I select the "Image" button, then I hit the "Choose file" button and select my image. From the screenshot you can see it's uploaded, but it doesn't appear on the screen, just a gray color is in the background. It doesn't matter if I Publish, then launch, it's just a white background and not the image. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

What are your sharing settings? I found that my background image would only appear if I had shared the app with "everyone". It wouldn't appear when the app was set to "my organization".

I just went in and it seems to be working now. I'm not sure what happened, but recently I had trouble accessing tutorials, and they adjusted something on my account. I don't know if that had anything to do with it or not, but at least as of this morning, it seems to be working.
