Query widget issue

I'm using a Query widget in Web AppBuilder on portal 10.6 and while I'm logged in the Query works fine. The app and feature layer being queried has been shared to everyone , but the Query isn't working for anyone else. Any suggestions on what the issue might be??

So they are able to access the app but the query is the only thing that does not work? is the web map also shared publicly?

That is correct everything else in the app is working, but the query. Yes the web app is also shared publicly.

OK, again to clarify there is the Application, the web MAP that the app uses and then the layers that the web map consumes. All (3) will need to be public.

To be very clear I have shared the Web Application, the web map and the hosted feature layer (all 3) to public. Everything else in the Web Application works with the exception of the Query. However if I'm logged into Portal the Query widget works fine.

Are there any errors presented in the browsers web console when you are not logged in and attempt to use the query widget?

I've provided two images the one showing the Query selections is logged into PORTAL...….There are no selections available opening the application as public.

Sorry, with no errors in the browser console then there is no way I can help you. You need to call esri tech support.
