Secure a WebMap using WAB DE

I have a webmap created in the Web AppBuilder Developer Edition 2.4. The webmap is hosted locally, not on AGOL.

I want a user to open the webmap and be asked to enter a username and password.

Any ideas on the best way to do this?

Hmm... That is misleading. You can not host a webMap locally unless you are using on Permise Portal or AGOL...

I figured it out. I want to secure a map service, in ArcGIS Server Manager. Then I go to the Security tab and assign a user name and password. I did it before, but forgot until I scrounged up my notes. All good now.
