We use several map services from different govt organizations. When one of the map services is down, the web app tries for at least a minute to try to load all of the map services until finally it give a message like "x layer cannot be added to the map."</P><P></P><P>The web app screen is stuck like the attached screenshot for at least a minute. Is there any way to code the web app to tell it to stop trying to load the downed map service after, say 10 seconds?
