Cannot open any webmap item through webappviewer

I'm following this: Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS: Customizing and Extending - YouTube video, provided by esri.

wab 2.15. - I tought it's because of the certificate error, but after providing cert, the problem remains. I can open this webmap in the webappbuilder.

With this conf.(section):
