Need Direction for customization options

I am pretty new to ArcGIS Online. I am embedding a map on an application prototype. What I want to do is have complete customization options over the CSS (map, info box, etc). Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I should start?

Jeffry,

Wow that is a vastly large question with with little info to go on.

Are you a programmer?
Do you have any JavaScript experience?
Do you have any CSS experience?
Have you looked at the WAB Stem App structure and folders?
Have you played around with the different styles and themes and what to change something specific?

Try to come up with some specific question and there will be plenty willing to answer or point you in the right direction.

I think you can play around the WAB and get a general idea of what WAB can do and what it can't.

As Robert mentions, it would help to know what level you are at now, and what you will want to do.
