    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;this error is due to SSL , if you are using Self Signed Certificate you wont be able to connect to the web app builder , but if it is the domain certificate you will be able to do so. this is works with me find when i used the Domain Certificate&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Have read the help and forum posts and cannot get past the&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Specify the URL to your organization or Portal for ArcGIS" page, getting a&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Unable to access &lt;A href="https://xxxxxxx.maps.arcgis.com/"&gt;https://xxxxxxx.maps.arcgis.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A server with the specified hostname could not be found"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error, any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I have temporarily addressed my problem by creating a windows service (on .net framework) and running the batch file in hidden mode. It is working this way. I will give more feedback once I get more information on the problems we are facing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

If you can't access your org by browser, it means you can't acess AGOL maybe because of proxy settings or firewall.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
