Clustered Points popup not working on mobile devices.

Hi all,

I have a web appbuilder application which I have downloaded and am hosting on my own ArcGIS Server 10.4.1. The application seems to work fine in a desktop environment but the popups do not display on mobile devices. I tried shrinking my desktop browser to a mobile size and the popups do change to mobile popups but so far I have had no luck getting them to display on a mobile device. I am using a point layer which is also on my server and a map that is in AGOL. The points are clustered in the map and the popups are turned on and work everywhere except on mobile devices.

I contacted Technical Support and they were able to replicate issue... Now, they are trying to determine the cause and find a solution.
