WebApp Builder Summary Widget PopUp Issues

I'm using the summary widget in WebApp Builder. Does anyone know if there is a way to format the popup that gets created for the summary layer when a user clicks on a summary cluster? I have a total cost field in the popup that is represented as 999999. I'd like for it to read as $999,999, I'd even take being able to have it listed as 999,999.

If there is no way of doing this in WebApp Builder. Is there a way to turn the popup off for the summary layer?

Just to make sure I have a full understanding did you configure the widget with a summary field? Something like this:

Then when you click on one of the clusters it looks something like this:

Katie, How did you get the decimal point to show up in that pop-up?
