Web App Map Rotation

Hi all,

I would like to Create a web app with a set map rotation. In arcmap you can set a rotation in the Data Frame Properties window. When I publish the map service, portal/web app builder ignores the rotation set. I there any way in portal/webapp builder to set a fixed map rotation?

Cody,

Map Rotation is not supported in 3.x of the JS API and thus not in WAB apps. The 4.x API does support rotation, but that means you will have to develop your own app using the 4.x API.

Do you happen to know if or when WAB will be moving to 4.x API?

Web App Builder will not be. The pure 4.x product will be Experience Builder and will be available in beta soon.

Any updates on an available widget (custom or out of the box widget) to rotate a 2D web application?

Esri will not be making any updates to WAB since it will be retired. Their solution seems to be that you add a 3D scene to Experience Builder. I would like to see rotation capability for 2D maps as well.
