Default Layer Expansion in Layer List of WAB DE 2.11

Is it possible (and how can it be done) to show the 1st Layer in the Layer List Widget as default expanded, and all sublayers as default compressed?

I have gone here (Layer List—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) | ArcGIS for Developers) to look for a configurable attribute that would do something like this, but seems its not there.

This the default. I know there is a function in the Layer List Widget that expands all layers, but I only want to expand the 1st one in the image here.

Sure I have answered that one before, and I just retested to make sure it still works in 2.11.
