    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;When adding external feature services to a Web App via the Add Data Widget, is there a way to set the drawing order of the&amp;nbsp;external feature service&amp;nbsp;to always write beneath the primary content layers of the app? As in, I want my points to always load on top of the external content that is optionally added.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
