      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jordan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;On your web server create a virtual directory to your folder that contains the pdfs so you can have an actual url to the pdfs. Then in the lines and polygons feature services you have a field that has the URL to the pdfs as a string in that field. Then you configure the link in your web maps popup for the feature layer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
