Draw Widget layers as operational layers Issue

I'm wondering if this is the functionality of the widget or considered a bug. With the Draw Widget, you can configure the option to all the layer as an operational layer. The problem is that when you do this, and you just draw a polygon, you will see 'Text', 'Points', 'Lines', and 'Areas' in the Legend and Layer List widgets. (See Attachments)

I don't want to see all those layers, just the one that I drew.

Next, when I clear the drawing from within the Draw Widget, the Layer List and Legend widgets still have all those layers listed, even after there are no geometries/drawings on the map.

Bug or expected behavior?

Jayson,

What version of WAB are you using? I do not see this in WAB 2.9. When I click a polygon to draw the only layer that gets added to the LayerList is Areas, and when I choose point geometry Points are added and when I close the widget those layers are removed from the LayerList.

I'm using WAB Dev 2.7 still. I haven't updated due to the issue with related table data not displaying in Attribute Table widget.
