      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having trouble get the beta3 to work (I have not attempted earlier versions)/&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;issues-- when I click the start.bat file I get a message saying the port is already in use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and when I attempt to run the url to start the webabppbuilder I get a message saying the page cannot be opened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help getting started appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Glenn,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Occasionally I have gotten that message and a computer restart fixes the issue. I use Brackets as my JS IDE environment as well and sometimes just shutting down Brackets and retrying the bat file works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
