Web AppBuilder Bookmarks not reacting normally in IE now

Has anyone else seen this? I'm getting reports from users that bookmarks are not working properly in our Web AppBuilder app. After digging and comparing browsers, I've come to the conclusion that it is IE (11) that shows this. In Firefox or Chrome, if you click the text of the bookmark it will trigger the bookmark. In IE it just highlights the text and does not react. We have found that if you click the icon to the left of the bookmark name that it will trigger the bookmark though. Is this due to a recent AGOL update or IE? I personally use Chrome, however most of our users have been using IE for ever and are creatures of habit.

Hello,

It is not because of any AGOL update. This might be because of IE not functioning correctly. Can you please post a video or photo so that I can take a deeper look?
