ESRI announce new enhanced resolution basemap zoom scale ranges for zoom scales 20 to 23. Does anyone know what those exact scales are so I can type them into WAB as additional scale ranges? It would appear that you just divide zoom level 19 by 2, and then 20 by 2, and so on, but figured I would ask if anyone knew the exact number to the 6th decimal place.

so if zoom level 19 is 1,128.497176, then zoom level 20 would be 564.24588, level 21 would be 282.124294 and so on?

http://blogs.esri.com/esri/arcgis/2015/11/18/world-imagery-basemap-updated-with-very-high-resolution-imagery-and-additional-scale-levels/
