What version of WAB are you using? Have you made any customizations to WAB core files? Are you using any custom widgets?

I just did some more testing. It appears after using the summary widget for counts is when the issue occurs. Pops up quickly then closes. Even after I close out of the summary widget the issue still exists. Working fine otherwise.

No custom widgets. Everything straight out of the box. Version 10.3.

I am not sure why you are getting that error. I would try starting a new app an going through you configuration steps again and see if you still have this issue.

Well I have another app that uses the summary widget doing the same thing. Its like the widget is closing or disabling the attribute pop up to display the summary counts. I use the summary widget one time the pop up is dead no matter if I close the widget or not. True for both apps.. I believe there's something in the summary widget code causing the problem, but I'm not a programmer.

Appreciate your help..
