When will ESRI release the actual retirement date for WAB

To my knowledge, ESRI still hasn't released the official date that WAB and WAB dev edition will be retired.

Also what does that even me? I have WAB dev edition and unsure if it will affect my existing apps from running, editing existing apps, or creating new apps.

I also don't agree with the retirement as it's replacement Experience Builder still has issues and is not production ready.

At least push back the retirement of WAB until Experience Builder is ready and performance issues are resolved.

@DanPatterson There are no concrete dates listed here. Just ambiguous Q1 or Q2 terms which isn't helpful to users or administrators planning transitions.

contact your Reps or Tech Support, perhaps someone there will commit to a firm date, but I suspect that the best you are going to find is the Q term references or post-event notices

Q2 2027 refers to the ArcGIS Online Update scheduled for the 2nd Quarter of 2026. This is likely to be June if it follows the same pattern of 2026. There is no finalised date for the 2026 update at the moment, let alone 2027, so I'm afraid there is nothing more I can share with you.

If there is any functionality that you are unable to achieve with Experience Builder that is possible with Web AppBuilder than please raise this with Technical Support.
