One of my users came to me saying that when she edits a point in the app using her number pad, it either zooms her out by one level or slightly moves her viewer in a random direction away from the point she is editing.</P><P>I couldn’t replicate the error on my computer, so I got her a new keyboard thinking the error was hardware related. When that didn’t work, I tried a whole laundry list of solutions that ranged from:</P><UL><LI>Restarting her computer;</LI><LI>Turning her browser extensions off;</LI><LI>Verifying that her browser was up to date;</LI><LI>Clearing her cache;</LI><LI>Checking to see if numlock was off; and</LI><LI>Adjusting label visibility</LI></UL><P>At this point other than updating her comp from Windows 10 -&gt;11, I’m pretty lost as to what else I could check or adjust. Is it possible that her outdated OS is causing the issue (she’s on Windows 10)? Has anyone encountered this kind of issue before?
