Situational Awareness Report not returning all features queried

About a year ago, I added a situational awareness widget to a WebApp, with the ability to create a report. The report spits out a map and overview of feature attributes included within the area queried. It's been a while since I've touched this, so I'm a little rusty.

When the report is executed, it includes total feature count and list of attributes for one of the features queried, but only a total feature count for other features queried.

Screenshot below shows the Available SAR Resources feature count and attribute details. The next feature is Deployed SAR Resources, which only shows feature count... no attribute information.

I've tried reordering the features in the map to see if just the top-most feature is getting the full details, but it makes no difference. Side-question - is there a way to remove the yellow highlight on the map, that outlines the query area?

Is it possible to share the app url, so we can take a look?

As for the yellow highlights to show query area, unfortunately you can't hide it in the printed map.
