Situation Awareness Widget cannot display or download above 2000 items

As the title suggest, if a buffer is created, it caps at 2000. That is ok but when I go to download even though there are way more items in the buffer zone, it caps at 2000. Can this be changed or modified?

I don't know if EB itself imposes any limits but this is something to check out- If the layers affected are published by you, make sure that the service parameters have been altered to allow more records to be returned from queries. The default limit is 2,000 records.

Thank you, I went into the server and changed it to more! That was the cause for the issue.
