Print widget producing error when trying to print in WAB

I'm building our web application through Enterprise 10.9.1 and the WAB. When I went to go test the print widget, I had an error pop up (see attached screen shot). My services are all turned on through server manager and all is set to public, since this is for public viewing..... if anyone has insight to what this error means. I'd greatly appreciate some advice. T.I.A.
