use filter widget from attribute table

I have about 20 feature class each one contains code field that hold Feature Class name, and one table with only one field and 20 records each record contains the Feature Classes Name. And there are 1:M Relation Ships between the Table and all FC's.

I build a Web AppBuilder, and I want to use the Filter widget to read from Table then filter the selected record on the map.

Notes:

1- This scenario works fine with Dashboard (category selector read from table and filter FC on the map), but I have to choose Web AppBuilder instead of Dashboard.

2- I cannot merge the 20 FC into one FC because a lot of considerations.

3- If this scenario could be implemented using Web AppBuilder Developer edition so kindly provide some guides for me.
