Unable to access the ArcGIS Web AppBuilder page after specifying a portal URL

Hello, I've been trying to install ArcGIS Web AppBuilder for Developers, but as soon as I introduce the url of the organization I get the following message:

I've already tried the recomendations of the article. Problem: Unable to access the ArcGIS Web AppBuilder page after specifying a portal URL: https://support.esri.com/en/Technical-Article/000025986

But they did not work, I've also tried on a different computer, with different networks, but it still does not work. The console says the following:

I dont know what else to do. Any recomendations?

I'm not in office right now, but will follow up in morning with my thoughts. For now, what version of Portal and WAB Dev are you using? Did you already create the service in Portal to connect to?

Hello, I'm using ArcGIS Online and I'm using the latetst version of WAB Dev

I didn’t think the dev edition of web app builder worked with AGOL. I thought it was only able to be used with an enterprise Portal.

@Anonymous User It appears that you have not registered your web appbuilder developer with your ArcGIS Online organization..Kindly refer Step 2 in below link to register or add as item to ArcGIS Online organization-
