Smart editor - Problem to configure geocoder

Hi there! Im using a webApp with smart editor tool.

I'm trying to configure the widget so that when I add a point, the address is automatically filled in my layer's address field.
Unfortunately this does not work.

here is some picture:

1. My geocoder is define in ArcGIS entreprise

My layer has an attribute called Adresse.

I tried to match STAdress and some other (Match_adress,...) but my attribut is empty when I clik on the map to add a point.

Do you have an idea?

Hi @pauline1985 ,

Based on what you've described, there appears to be 2 possibilities:

The location where you are placing a point feature on the map is outside of the extent/area of the geocoder
There is no value returned by the geocoder for that location, and so the value written into the attribute field is blank

To take a closer look at this issue, please share your app with the geocoder link. You can share this here, or directly in an email to me avezina@esri.com. If that is not possible, please contact Esri Technical Support and they will be able to help troubleshoot this issue.

Thank you for your answer.

I will contact ESRI technical support.

My extent is for Switzerland and my point is in Geneva in a famous street so i think is not a problem of extent or unknown adress.
