Add custom locator to a web app builder widget

Hi,

I would like to use a what3words locator to one of our web app builder widget to convert coordinates to a 3 word address.

The widget is very simple, when a user click on the map, the coordinates of that event map point gets converted to a 3 word address and a pop-up message with the 3 word address will be displayed above the map point. We have created something similar using the ArcGIS JS API visible in this sandbox: https://codesandbox.io/s/arcgis-js-api-convertto3wa-munpf?file=/index.html. Is it possible to build something similar in web app builder?

I was looking at examples online, but I couldn't find much that would help me to figure it out.
