Print Widget issue

Hi,

I use WebAppBuilder 2.23 (developer edition) , ArcGIS portal 10.6 and ArcGIS server 10.6.1 version. For my print widget, I have used my ArcGIS server utility printingTool Service(~arcgis/rest/services/Utilities/PrintingTools/GPServer/Export%20Web%20Map%20Task).

I am getting an error that "Failed to create layer from service at '~/arcgis/rest/services/MyMap/basemapService/MapServer'.\nFailed to create layer from service at '~/arcgis/rest/services/MyMap/MapService/MapServer'\n failed to execute(Execure Web Map) .Failed to execute(Execure Web Map Task)".

I thought it would be a firewall problem, but I can able to access both my basemap service and map service from my Server. So I don't know where is the problem.

Note: PrintingTool service and map services are in same server, but basemap is from another server.

Kindly help me to sort out this issue.
