topic Add Data widget where data is added beneath specific layer in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder Questions

Hello! I am building a web application using out-of-the-box Web AppBuilder widgets. I would like to have the Add Data widget as part of the app, but have a specific layer (line segment) be above all other layers by default. The Add Data widget adds the data - primarily looking at polygon datasets - on top of the line layer which is not ideal. Is it possible to do this?
