No "Download" available for Web App

I created several web apps in Web AppBuilder, which I can see in the Content window in ArcGIS Online. For one web app in particular, which I created under my account (like the others), there is no Download button, only a Share button. Why is this and what can be done to correct?

Hello John,

Are you the original author of the web app? Can you adjust the settings or sharing? Has it been published?

Amanda, the web map was definitely created by me and is shared to just my organization, and I am logged into my organization's account (FYI: it is a free ArcGIS Developer account). It also has been published.

Oddly, to "fix" I fortunately had a browser window open to the web app in Web AppBuilder, so I saved it under a different name. The "new" web can now be downloaded.
